介绍了目前我国煤矿机械设备监控系统的现状,利用风险管理理论建立了煤矿机械设备安全风险评价体系,并在此基础上利用VC++高级语言开发了基于风险管理的煤矿机械设备监控及智能决策系统,从而实现了工程监控、风险评价与智能决策支持“三位一体”化的系统,提高了我国煤矿安全管理和监测水平。
This paper introduces the current situation of coal mine machinery and equipment monitoring system in our country and establishes the risk assessment system of coal mine machinery and equipment based on risk management theory. On the basis of this, VCM based on the risk management of coal mine machinery and equipment monitoring and intelligent decision-making system, In this way, the systems of project monitoring, risk assessment and intelligent decision support have been realized, and the safety management and monitoring level of coal mines in China has been raised.
