任何一位大学生在即将毕业与走向社会之初,都会产生一种由“理想”与“现实”、“经验”与“能力”“、环境”与“身份”等多方面因素交织在一起所形成的茫然感。从学生到工作者、从学校到社会、从学校的集体生活到社会的独立生活、从理论学习到实际的工作岗位实践等等都面临着各种的问题。现实与理想之间的差距让毕业生产生心理的波动,迷茫、没有目标与自信心不足直接表现出的就是经验与能力的不足。这是每个大学都应重视的问题。让学生在校园环境中逐步了解社会,让所学的理论知识与实际工作相结合,是教学工作者应该考虑的问题。工作室式教学模式便可以搭建起教学与实际应用之间的“桥”。
