人生在世,不可能事事都顺心如意,碰到烦心恼人的事,也就难免要生气。生气,是人们的欲望得不到满足,想象与现实发生冲突时所产生的一种情绪,是一种不良的心理反应。比如:邻里纠纷无法回避时,心理欲望得不到满足时,夫妻生活不和谐时,子女突发意外时,以及见到不公平、不合理的事等等,总之,大事小事都可能让人生气。但生气非但无助于矛盾冲突的解决,还对自己的身体有害。因为人在生气时,精神紧张,情绪被动,心跳加快,血压上升,是冠心病、高血压的诱发因素之一,还可能诱发其他一些疾病。可怎样才能不生气呢?
