空气源热泵机组翅片管换热器的热阻对换热效果的影响很大。以模糊理论为依据,运用模糊数学的多级综合评判工具建立数学模型,开发空气源热泵机组翅片管换热器热阻的模糊综合评估专用软件,对其影响因素与影响效果之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:权重值越大的影响因素,其因素等级的变化所引起的换热效果的变化越大;同时改善多个大权重值影响因素带来的综合影响效果更为突出。根据分析结果提出了多项综合降低热阻的措施。
