企业从资本市场上获得的资金是投资,只有从产品市场上赚得资金才能形成利润,因而,资本市场运作不能直接提高公司的价值。本文在分析资本运营与产品经营的区别和联系的基础上,阐述了如何正确处理二者的关系,明确企业在产品市场上的竞争力是一个企业是否强的表现。资本市场运作只能帮助企业扩大规模,不能帮助企业提高效益,只能帮助企业做大,不能帮助企业做强。企业家的首要职责是做好产品经营。
The capital that an enterprise obtains from the capital market is investment, and profits can only be made by earning money from the product market. Therefore, capital market operation can not directly increase the value of a company. Based on the analysis of the difference and connection between capital operation and product management, this article elaborates how to deal with the relationship between the two correctly and clarify whether the competitiveness of the enterprise in the product market is a strong performance of the enterprise. The operation of the capital market can only help enterprises to expand their scale, can not help them improve their efficiency, can only help enterprises to grow bigger, and can not help enterprises to become stronger. The primary responsibility of entrepreneurs is to do a good job in product management.
