1 引言我国铁路行车事故救援长期采用传统的救援组织和方法,由于信息不畅通、科技手段落后,经常在事故救援中发生组织准备缓慢、协调指挥混乱、救援方案不准、延误救援时间等情况,造成不良影响。 2002年,路局机务处组织原上海、南京分局在沪宁线上进行试点开发行车事故快速救援处置预案应用系统,在事故救援中有效地节省救援准备作业和救援起复作业时间,缩短了线路开通时间, 避免了事故性质升级,减少了事故经济损失和社会影响。
