In the first half of 2016, China’s national economy maintained a steady growth while the supply-side structural reform steadily progressed. With the support of the nation’s de-stocking policy, the real estate market swiftly stepped out of a wave of hot market conditions and the scale of transactions hit a new record high. From January to May, the sales of commercial buildings nationwide reached 3.6775 trillion yuan, an increase of 50.7% over the same period of last year. The sales area of commercial buildings nationwide was 479.54 million square meters, up 33.2% over the same period of last year. The average selling price of commercial buildings nationwide was 7668.8 yuan per square meter,
