在锅炉设备中,燃料燃烧产生的高温烟气携带着固体颗粒与受热面接触,形成疏松或坚硬的烟灰垢。烟灰垢是降低锅炉热效率和产生受热面腐蚀的重要原因。我国目前生产的容量在6.5吨/时以下的蒸汽锅炉和中小型热水锅炉,一般均无吹灰装置。容量6.5吨/时以上的蒸汽锅炉,虽有吹灰装置,多因不好用而被拆除或不用。这样不仅降低了锅炉热效率,浪费燃料,而且由于积灰严重,经常被迫停炉清灰,影响正常生产。因此,锅炉的烟灰垢是当前节能中急需解决的问题。
