用综合热分析法对碳化水泥石粉末进行热分析,结合差示扫描热量(DSC)曲线,用热重法(T G)定量分析碳化水泥石中CaCO3和Ca(OH)2的含量。该方法快速、方便,且受环境和人为因素的影响较小、测试结果稳定准确。CaCO 3含量的测试结果与化学分析法的测试结果相比偏小,但相对偏差均在2%以内。该方法可作为水泥石及混凝土碳化研究的主要方法或辅助方法使用。
The thermal analysis of carbonized cement stone was performed by the comprehensive thermal analysis method. The contents of CaCO3 and Ca (OH) 2 in the cementitious cement were quantitatively analyzed by TG method with the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curve. The method is fast, convenient and less affected by environment and human factors, and the test results are stable and accurate. The test result of CaCO 3 content is smaller than the test result of chemical analysis method, but the relative deviation is within 2%. This method can be used as the main method or auxiliary method for the research of cement and concrete carbonation.
