目的:通过对近3年某三甲医院医务人员对口支援西部地区卫生工作的认知进行调查分析,客观总结支援西部地区卫生工作政策落实情况。方法:对参与对口支援西部地区的523名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:73.8%被调查对象认为提高了思想素养,56.2%认为得到了基层锻炼,48.9%认为实现自身的价值;近3年共派遣36批专家医疗队,受援医院43家,培养青年骨干1 356人,开展新技术、新业务100余项,受援医院接诊人数较同期增加30%以上;支援工作仍存在口支援时间比较短、覆盖面不够广,交流较少,实际需求与人选专业不匹配、人才培养缺乏连续性等问题。结论:对口支援活动的实施,使临床较好的经验和技术得到了推广,促进了多种协作医疗模式的形成,有利于优质的医疗资源下沉。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the cognition of medical staffs from a top-three hospital in the past three years in supporting the health work in the western region and objectively summarize the implementation of the policies on supporting the health work in the western region. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 523 medical workers participating in the counterparts supporting the western region. Results: 73.8% of the respondents believed that they improved their ideological quality, 56.2% thought they had got exercise at the grass-roots level, 48.9% thought they realized their own value. In the past 3 years, 36 groups of specialist medical teams and 43 recipient hospitals were trained to train youth backbone 1 356 were employed to carry out more than 100 new technologies and services. The number of admissions in receiving hospitals increased by more than 30% over the same period. There was still a relatively short period of support for the support work, the coverage was not wide enough, the exchange was less, and the actual needs and professional choices were not Matching, lack of continuity of personnel training and other issues. Conclusion: The implementation of counterpart support activities has promoted the clinical experience and technology to promote the formation of a variety of collaborative medical models, which is conducive to the sinking of high-quality medical resources.
