国有企业薪酬激励,应根据国有企业实际发展的需要,适时调整适应企业发展的薪酬激励机制。企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,国有企业的薪酬体系需要不断创新,才能更好地激励员工的工作积极性,促进国有企业管理水平的全面提升。结合国有企业薪酬体系的主要组成部分进行分析探讨,提出国有企业薪酬激励应采取的一些措施,以有效推动国有企业单位更快、更好的发展。
Incentives for state-owned enterprises should be based on the actual development of state-owned enterprises need to timely adjust the incentive mechanism to adapt to the development of enterprises. In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. The remuneration system of state-owned enterprises needs continuous innovation in order to better motivate employees’ work enthusiasm and promote the overall improvement of the management level of state-owned enterprises. Based on the analysis and discussion of the main components of the state-owned enterprise pay system, some measures should be taken for the compensation incentives of state-owned enterprises to effectively promote the faster and better development of state-owned enterprises.
