红土粒料是非洲当地特有的一种地方材料。文中依托贝宁阿博公路第三标段项目,通过水泥稳定红土粒料的试验研究,总结了当地红土粒料和水泥的特性,得出了水泥稳定红土粒料基层的设计配合比。通过试验段的施工,得出施工机械组合、施工工艺,以及基于贝宁热带气候及社会情况施工该类基层时拌和、施工时间、摊铺碾压、高程、养生、雨季施工等重点环节的控制措施,并应用于阿博公路第三标段的基层施工,施工结果满足设计要求,可为贝宁或其他非洲地区同类工程提供参考。
Laterite aggregates are a local material specific to Africa. By relying on the third section project of Abin Highway in Benin, this paper summarizes the characteristics of local red clay granule and cement through the experimental study of the cement stabilized laterite granule, and draws the design mix of the cement stabilized laterite granule primary. Through the construction of the test section, the construction machinery combination, construction technology and the control of key links such as mixing, construction time, paving and rolling, elevation, health and rainy season construction based on the tropical climate and social conditions in Benin are obtained And applied to the grassroots construction at the third section of the Abo Highway. The construction results meet the design requirements and provide references for the similar projects in Benin or other African regions.
