嘉绍大桥主航道桥为六塔独柱四索面分体钢箱梁斜拉桥,钢箱梁左右幅梁段间隔采用箱形横梁、工字形横梁和无横梁形式,梁体宽度达到55.6m。首先分析了采用传统左右幅钢箱梁整体吊装方案的可行性,为降低施工风险,提出左右幅梁段独立吊装的施工方案。为满足施工过程结构受力的需要,提高中间横梁施工工效,采用长度可调节的临时横梁辅助受力,并对横梁的工地连接构造形式进行优化,提出的分体钢箱梁独立吊装技术施工速度快、安全性高,可为类似工程提供很好的借鉴。
The main waterway bridge of Jiashao Bridge is a six-tower single-column four-cable split steel box girder cable-stayed bridge. The left and right girder sections of steel box girders are box-beam, I-beam and beamless. The width of the girder is 55.6m .
