提出了用红外吸收法测定铸造碳化钨中的总碳量.根据正交试验选择了最佳分析条件,助熔剂采用钨锡和铁屑,称样量0.1~0.2g,助熔剂用量2.0g,样品粒度0.108m m 左右.用标准加入法进行回收率试验,回收率在98% ~105% 之间,相对标准偏差为0.4% ~1.2% ,其误差符合国标要求.此法具有简单快速、准确度高及回收率高的优点
The total carbon content in cast tungsten carbide has been proposed using infrared absorption method. According to the orthogonal experiment, the best analysis condition was chosen. The flux was made of tungsten tin and iron filings. The sample weight was 0.1-0.2 g, the flux dosage was 2.0 g, and the sample size was about 0.108 m m. The standard addition method for recovery test, the recovery rate of 98% to 105%, the relative standard deviation of 0.4% to 1.2%, the error in line with national standards. This method has the advantages of simple and fast, high accuracy and high recovery rate
