目的:探讨GB 10810.5-2012《眼镜镜片第5部分:镜片表面耐磨要求》中钢丝绒法测量镜片耐磨性能的不确定度的评定方法。方法:采用镜片摩擦仪摩擦三种不同折射率的镜片,分别重复10次测量摩擦后的雾度值。通过统计学方法,量化不确定度分量,最终得出测量结果的不确定度报告。结果:折射率为1.67、1.60、1.56的镜片雾度值的扩展不确定度分别为0.010%、0.018%、0.048%,k=2。结论:影响钢丝绒法测量镜片耐磨性能不确定度的主要来源为镜片摩擦仪。测量不确定度对于镜片耐磨方法的评价具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the uncertainty of the abrasion resistance of the lens measured by the steel velvet method in GB 10810.5-2012 “Part 5 of spectacle lenses: wear resistance of the lens surface”. Methods: Three kinds of lenses with different refractive indexes were rubbed with a lens friction tester, and the haze value after rubbing was measured 10 times respectively. Through statistical methods, the uncertainty component is quantified, and finally the uncertainty report of the measurement result is obtained. Results: The expansion uncertainty of the lens haze values of 1.67, 1.60 and 1.56 were 0.010%, 0.018%, 0.048%, respectively, k = 2. Conclusion: The main source of uncertainty in the measurement of wear resistance of steel lenses by the method of steel velvet is the lens friction tester. The measurement uncertainty is of great significance for the evaluation of the wear-resistant method of the lens.
