基于生态学食物链与生态网思想,运用经济学投入产出原理,建立了完全消耗系数与直接消耗系数比例关系的产业关联度模型,旨在揭示我国交通运输业在不同产业环境下的生存力与发展力,从而根据社会经济发展趋势和产业互动能力有策略地放大产业关联效应,提出协同发展和产业联合战略发展的具体实施建议。通过对交通运输产业的前、后向影响分析与关键路径的选择,指出我国交通运输业的发展应能源消费多元化,同时适应社会经济生态环境复合系统可持续发展的整体要求,并提高交通运输业综合效率,引导其与服务业、技术密集型行业的充分结合。对制定我国今后交通运输业发展政策提供参考依据,使我国交通运输业成为社会经济发展的坚实基础。
Based on the idea of ecological food chain and eco-net, using the principle of input-output of economics, this paper establishes an industrial relational model of complete consumption coefficient and direct consumption coefficient, aiming at revealing the survival of China’s transportation industry under different industrial environments and So as to strategically amplify the industry-related effects according to the social and economic development trends and the ability of industrial interaction, and put forward the concrete implementation suggestions of coordinated development and industrial joint strategic development. Through the analysis of the frontier and backwards influence of the transportation industry and the choice of the key path, it is pointed out that the development of China’s transportation industry should diversify energy consumption and adapt to the overall requirements of sustainable development of the complex system of social economy, ecology and environment and improve the transportation Comprehensive efficiency of the industry, to guide its full integration with the service industry, technology-intensive industries. Provide a reference basis for formulating the future development policy of China’s transportation industry, and make our transportation industry a solid foundation for social and economic development.
