教学评价的作用不能仅仅停留在对某一节课的评价上面,而应该具体到教师和学生的行为上。评学和评教的争议源于评价取向的模糊。我们侧重评教,旨在通过对具体教学活动的评价来促生评价之于教学效果和课程建设的意义,而这项工程的实现者只能是教师。所以,将评教作为教学评价的主要内容,有利于实现教学评价的课程意义。
The role of teaching evaluation can not just stay in the evaluation of a class above, but should be specific to the behavior of teachers and students. The controversy between evaluation and evaluation results from the vagueness of evaluation orientation. We focus on teaching evaluation to promote the evaluation of teaching effectiveness and curriculum construction through the evaluation of specific teaching activities, and the realization of this project can only be a teacher. Therefore, the evaluation of teaching as the main content of teaching evaluation is conducive to the realization of teaching evaluation of the significance of the curriculum.
