依据热释电原理,设计并研制了一种新型的高灵敏、快响应毫米波激光能量探测器。分别在不同工作频率下对器件进行能量标定,并给出主要性能参数。其灵敏度达几十mV/μJ,比传统器件高4~5个量级;时间响应小于1μs,响应速度提高6~7个数量级。将该能量计应用于拉曼自由电子激光器检测系统,成功地测定了输出毫米波激光脉冲的典型参数。
According to the theory of pyroelectric, a new type of high sensitivity and fast response millimeter wave laser energy detector is designed and developed. The energy calibration of the device at different operating frequencies and the main performance parameters are given. Its sensitivity reaches tens of mV / μJ, which is 4 to 5 orders of magnitude higher than traditional devices. The response time is less than 1μs and the response speed is improved by 6 to 7 orders of magnitude. The energy meter used in Raman free electron laser detection system, successfully measured the output of millimeter wave laser pulse typical parameters.
