目的建立并完善奶制品中硫氰酸盐的离子色谱-电导检测方法。方法采用冰醋酸溶液沉淀奶制品中的蛋白,过滤后用C18固相萃取小柱去除样品中的脂类物质。净化后直接将试样注入离子色谱仪分析。采用色谱柱为IonPac AS19型阴离子柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.,5μm),ASRS-ULTRAⅡ阴离子抑制器,淋洗液OH-浓度为40 mmol/L和DS6型抑制电导检测器检测,外标法定量。结果标准曲线在0.5μg/ml~5.0μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999。按S/N=3,硫氰酸盐的检出限为0.2 mg/L。结论建立的方法可用于奶制品中硫氰酸盐的检测。
Objective To establish and perfect the ion chromatography-conductivity detection method of thiocyanate in dairy products. Methods The protein in milk product was precipitated by using glacial acetic acid solution. After filtration, the C18 solid phase extraction cartridge was used to remove the lipid from the sample. After purification, the sample is directly injected into the ion chromatograph. The column was IonPac AS19 anion column (250 mm × 4 mm id, 5 μm), ASRS-ULTRAⅡ anion suppressor, eluent OH-concentration of 40 mmol / L and DS6 inhibition conductivity detector. Quantitative. The results of the standard curve in the range of 0.5μg / ml ~ 5.0μg / ml has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. At S / N = 3, the detection limit of thiocyanate is 0.2 mg / L. Conclusion The established method can be used for the detection of thiocyanate in dairy products.
