前言电子束焊接的铝合金接头具有较高的使用性能,特别是机械性能。这是由于和常规焊接方法相比,电子束焊接具有真空这一理想的保护条件和极高的能量密度的缘故。但是,真空环境和极高的能量密度也给铝合金焊接带来了一系列特殊问题。本文从焊缝成型和穿透特性,焊缝成分和元素蒸发,合金成分和气孔倾向等三个方面介绍电子束焊接铝合金的试验结果及几点看法。
Preface Electron beam welded aluminum alloy joint has higher performance, especially mechanical properties. This is due to the fact that electron beam welding has the ideal vacuum conditions and high energy density compared to conventional welding methods. However, the vacuum environment and the extremely high energy density also give the aluminum alloy welding a series of special problems. In this paper, the experimental results and the opinions on the electron beam welding aluminum alloy are introduced from the three aspects of the forming and penetrating characteristics of the welding seam, the composition of the welding seam and elemental evaporation, the composition of the alloy and the tendency of the pores.
