高职毕业环节多由顶岗实习和毕业设计或论文两项任务组成。在实施中,两项任务相互独立,在内容、管理、教师指导及考核评价等方面都少有交集,表现在校企合作深度不够、合力不足,毕业实习质量不高,毕业设计或论文流于形式。本文结合“教学工厂”理念,按照设计导向教学指导思想和项目教学原则,针对高职药学类专业设计和实践毕业项目与顶岗实习一体、学校与企业双主导实习管理模式,从而优化毕业环节,加强校企合作力度,提高学生职业综合能力。
Higher vocational graduation links mostly by internships and graduate design or thesis two tasks. In the course of implementation, the two tasks are independent of each other and there are few intersections in terms of content, management, teacher instruction and appraisal. The performance shows that the cooperation between school and enterprises is not enough in depth, that the cooperation is insufficient, the quality of graduation practice is not high, and graduation projects or dissertations flow in form. This article combines “teaching factory ” concept, in accordance with the guiding ideology of design-oriented teaching and project teaching principles, for higher vocational pharmacy design and practice of graduation projects and internship practice, schools and enterprises dual leading internship management mode, thus optimizing the graduation link , Strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, improve students’ comprehensive ability of occupation.
