高中新课程改革能否顺利实施并取得有效的成果,其影响因素是多方面的,其中最关键的是教师。教师以积极的态度接受高中新课程改革,并在教育教学行为中落实新课程改革的理念和要求,才能确保新课程改革落到实处。本文通过对甘肃省天水市5所中学高中教师的调查研究,分析他们对新课程改革的态度和行为现状,指出影响他们新课程改革态度与行为不一致的主要因素,并提出促进高中教师新课程改革的态度与行为一致性的有效措施。
Whether the reform of high school new curriculum can be implemented smoothly and achieve effective results depends on many factors, among which the most crucial is the teacher. Teachers can embrace the new curriculum reform of senior high school with a positive attitude and implement the concepts and requirements of the new curriculum reform in education and teaching so as to ensure that the new curriculum reform can be implemented. Based on the investigation of five middle school high school teachers in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, this paper analyzes their attitudes and behaviors towards the new curriculum reform, points out the main factors that affect their new curriculum reform attitude and behavior inconsistencies, and proposes to promote high school teachers new curriculum reform Attitude and behavior consistent with the effective measures.
