目的分析住院患者退药原因,提出相应对策。方法对2015年1~12月医院住院药房退药4 354份原因进行统计,采用层次分析法分析退药原因。结果退药原因影响:患者因素>医护因素>药房因素>药品因素,其中患者因素权重0.5265,医护因素为0.3077,各因素之间并非彼此独立,存在相互间交互影响。结论加强退药管理,强化医师的责任意识,加强医患沟通,完善药物信息系统,规范退药程序,有效控制退药,保证临床用药安全。 Objective To analyze the reason of withdrawal from hospitalized patients and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods From January to December 2015, 4 354 reasons of retreat in hospital inpatient pharmacy were calculated, and the reason of withdrawal was analyzed by analytic hierarchy process. Results The reasons for the withdrawal were as follows: patient factor> medical factor> pharmacy factor> drug factor. The weight of patient factor was 0.5265 and the health care factor was 0.3077. The factors were not independent of each other and interacted with each other. Conclusion Strengthen the administration of drug withdrawal, strengthen the sense of responsibility of doctors, strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, improve the drug information system, standardize the procedures of withdrawal, effectively control the withdrawal and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
