随着油田通信事业的迅猛发展,如何提高通信网络的维护保障能力,减少故障发生,是摆在我们面前急需解决的课题,而“112集中受理系统”作为新时期通信网络服务的代表,是解决这一课题必不可少的重要手段。“112集中受理系统”对我公司故障处理流程、管理方式和监督手段都将产生新的变化。它解决以往障碍无法监控的难题,将故障处理流程全部纳入运行维护管理体系之下,形成从上至下的监督管理摸式。
