目的了解牡丹江市体检人群中高尿酸血症的患病情况,并对其分布特征进行描述,为进一步研究和制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院、牡丹江林业中心医院、牡丹江市第一人民医院体检中心体检人群的一般资料和临床检验项目资料,整理资料后运用统计学方法进行分析。结果本次共调查3201人,其中男性48.6%,女性51.4%;平均年龄为47.48±12.93岁,男性平均47.61±12.80岁,女性平均47.36±13.06岁,男女平均年龄差异无统计学意义(t=-0.554,P=0.580);所调查的3201人中,高尿酸血症患者574人,相应患病率为17.9%,男性高尿酸血症患病率为23.50%,女性患病率为11.34%,男性显著高于女性(x2=98.07,P=0.03);男性高尿酸血症患病者多以青壮年为主,以30-39岁的年龄组为最高(x2=101.35,P=0.003),女性患者多集中在老年群体,并随年龄的增长逐渐增加(x2=107.46,P=0.005)。结论牡丹江市体检人群中男性高尿酸血症患病率高于女性;男性高尿酸血症患病以青壮年为主;女性患病情况有随年龄增长而逐渐升高的趋势。
Objective To understand the prevalence of hyperuricemia in physical examination population in Mudanjiang and to describe the distribution characteristics of the disease, so as to provide a scientific basis for further research and formulation of prevention and treatment strategies. Methods The general data and clinical examination data of the medical examination population of Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College, Mudanjiang Forestry Center Hospital and Mudanjiang First People’s Hospital were collected and analyzed by statistical methods. Results A total of 3201 men were surveyed, of whom 48.6% were men and 51.4% were women. The mean age was 47.48 ± 12.93 years, with a mean of 47.61 ± 12.80 years in males and 47.36 ± 13.06 years in females. There was no significant difference in mean age between males and females (t = -0.554, P = 0.580). Among the 3201 people surveyed, 574 were hyperuricemic patients with the corresponding prevalence of 17.9%, the prevalence of hyperuricemia in men was 23.50%, and the prevalence of females was 11.34% (X2 = 98.07, P = 0.03). The majority of male patients with hyperuricemia were mostly young adults and the highest was in the age group of 30-39 years (x2 = 101.35, P = 0.003) Female patients were mostly concentrated in the elderly population and gradually increased with age (x2 = 107.46, P = 0.005). Conclusion The prevalence of male hyperuricemia in Mudanjiang city was higher than that in women. Male prevalence of hyperuricemia was mainly in young and middle-aged. The prevalence of female increased gradually with age.
