锚杆无损检测是利用超声波发射模块等硬件电路来检测锚杆的长度、缺陷等有效信息的。超声波的发射模块和信号采集采用高压电源供电,信号采集到超声波回拨信号后,由超声波硬件电路系统对这些超声波信号进行分析和验算,得出准确的锚杆检测信息。其中发射模块能够根据检测需要来调节频率,利用超声的调节能量来进行工作。
Bolt non-destructive testing is the use of ultrasonic transmitter module hardware circuit to detect bolt length, defects and other valid information. Ultrasonic transmission module and signal acquisition using high-voltage power supply, the signal acquisition ultrasonic return signal, the ultrasonic hardware circuit system to analyze and check these ultrasonic signals to obtain accurate information of bolt detection. The transmitting module can adjust the frequency according to the detection needs and use the adjusted energy of ultrasound to work.
