本文利用传输矩阵理论对掺杂的一维三元光子晶体的光学传输特性进行了研究。选取(ABC)5D1(CBA)5型的光子晶体模型,数值模拟结果表明,禁带内出现了多个透射率较高的透射带。随着缺陷层折射率的增加,透射率下降。基元几何厚度的增加会使缺陷模向长波方向平移,但缺陷层的几何厚度不影响缺陷模的位置。
In this paper, the optical transmission characteristics of doped one-dimensional three-photonic crystals are studied by using transmission matrix theory. The photonic crystal model of (ABC) 5D1 (CBA) 5 was selected. The numerical simulation results show that a number of transmission bands with high transmittance appear in the forbidden band. As the refractive index of the defect layer increases, the transmittance decreases. Increasing the geometric thickness of the primitive translates the defect mode to the long-wave direction, but the geometric thickness of the defect layer does not affect the position of the defect mode.
