对现行计件工资制度的一些看法

自从实行工资制度改革以来,计件工资便以其作为一种最简单、最容易体现工人劳动价值的计算工人劳动报酬的工资分配方案为广大企业职工所接受,在执行过程中起到非常积极的作用,增加了工人的收入,促进了企业的发展;但也存在严重不足,对企业和个人造成一定的影响。作者从现行计件工资制度入手,分析其利弊,并提出一些改进和完善的建议。 Since the reform of the wage system, the piece-rate wage has been accepted by the employees of enterprises as the simplest and easiest way of calculating the remuneration of workers for the remuneration of workers. It plays a very positive role in the implementation process , Which increase the income of workers and promote the development of enterprises.
