课堂教学中,教师总是在追求一种完美的课堂情境:教学节奏的和谐、思想的共鸣、情趣的撞击,它们都会激发教师调控课堂、学生主体课堂的潜力。但实际上,一堂能让师生身心愉悦的课程是需要群体智慧来绽放光芒的。通过群体智慧的发展,课堂上才会有质疑、有讨论、有回答、有对立、有诠释、有归纳、有解决的思维撞击,那么如何才能形成和发展群体智慧呢?回答是既有智力因素,也有非智力因素的影响。一、智力因素的影响 In classroom teaching, teachers are always pursuing a perfect classroom situation: the harmony of teaching rhythm, the resonance of thought and the collision of taste, all of them will inspire teachers to regulate the potential of classroom and students’ main class.
