通过对山西财贸职业技术学院高职学生进行拓展训练活动,并应用《学生生活应激问卷》和《青少年心理韧性量表》进行干预前后试验组与对照组的测量,结果显示:经过拓展训练干预,试验组学生在心理韧性量表、学生生活应激两个量表总分和各因子评分上变化显著,与干预前评分相比较有统计学意义。由此可见,拓展训练可以有效提升高职学生的抗挫折能力。
Through the expansion of training activities for vocational students in Shanxi Finance and Trade Vocational and Technical College and the application of “Student Life Stress Questionnaire” and “Adolescent Psychological Toughness Scale” before and after the intervention in the experimental group and the control group, the results showed that: after extensive training intervention , Test group students in the psychological resilience scale, student life stress two scales total score and each factor score significant change, compared with pre-intervention score was statistically significant. This shows that the expansion of training can effectively enhance the anti-frustration ability of students.
