以从美国、荷兰引进的8个优良双孢菇菌株(L901、XXX、2200、F5113、H901、F3F、HA15、HRLM)和国内主栽菌株(2796)为试材,研究了9个菌株的生物学性状、工厂化栽培性状、商品性状和子实体营养成分等指标,以筛选出优质高产的双孢菇菌株。结果表明:菌株L901产量最高,为21.27kg·m~(-2),其最适生长温度为25℃,子实体大小和营养成分等各方面性状优良,可作为鲜食品种进行推广栽培。菌株HRLM子实体呈棕色,体积最大,如推广栽培可改变我国双孢菇产品均为白色的现状,具有较高的商品价值,但产量较低,需进一步育种提高产量。菌株F5113蛋白质、多糖、氨基酸等营养成分含量较高,粗纤维含量少,且产量较高,适于做双孢菇深加工品种。
The biological characteristics of 9 strains were studied by using 8 strains of Agaricus bisporus (L901, XXX2200, F5113, H901, F3F, HA15 and HRLM) introduced from the United States and the Netherlands and the major domestic strain (2796) , Plant cultivation traits, commodity traits and fruiting body nutrients and other indicators to screen out high quality and high yield Agaricus bisporus strains. The results showed that strain L901 had the highest yield of 21.27 kg · m -2 and the optimum growth temperature was 25 ℃. The fruiting body size and nutrients were excellent in all aspects and could be popularized and cultivated as fresh varieties. Strain HRLM fruiting body is brown, the largest volume, such as promoting cultivation can change the status quo of our country Agaricus bisporus products are white, with high commodity value, but the yield is low, the need for further breeding to increase production. Strain F5113 protein, polysaccharides, amino acids, such as higher nutritional content, less crude fiber content, and high yield, suitable for processing Agaricus bisporus varieties.
