今年,民航总局明确了机场管理体制改革大方向,即实行属地化管理,民航总局直接管理的129个民用机场将下放所在省、直辖市、自治区管理,相关资产、负债和人员一并划转。应该看到,当前全国民用机场大多仍处于亏损状态,在面临中国加入WTO,民航实行重大改革重组的大环境下,民用机场今后的路该如何走,是摆在所有机场管理者面前的一个相当紧迫和严峻的问题。在此,本刊着重选取了几篇有关机场经营方面的文章,尽管它们的侧重点不同,有像厦门这样的大机场,也有支线机场,但都是探讨在入世和机场管理体制改革这一重大历史转折期,机场应如何抓住机遇,进行发展,希望能为国内机场经营者们带来一些启示。
