神经修补或移植术很难使瘫痪三、四年以上的肌肉恢复功能,原因是受损神经远端发生退行性变化和近心端的神纤元缺乏再生能力。作者介绍一例用带神经血管蒂的股薄肌游离移植,面神经残端直接吻合,使瘫痪18年的面肌较快地恢复了功能。并就面神经损伤后再生力的期限,以及有关受损神经再生的理论问题进行了讨论。病例报告:患者女,18岁,出生七天即因左腮腺恶性肿瘤而切除左侧的腮腺、下颌升支及面神经。术后接受放疗。肿瘤无复发。
Nerve repair or transplantation is difficult to paralyze three or four years of muscle recovery, due to degenerative changes distal to the damaged nerve and the proximal end of the lack of regeneration of the Fibronectin. The author describes a case of grafts with neurovascular grafts free grafts, facial nerve stump directly anastomosis, so that the facial muscles paralyzed for 18 years faster recovery of function. The duration of regenerative force after facial nerve injury and the theoretical issues related to damaged nerve regeneration were discussed. Case report: Female patient, 18 years old, seven days after birth, left parotid gland, mandibular ascending and facial nerve due to left parotid gland tumor. After receiving radiotherapy. No recurrence of tumor.
