大网格聚合物吸附剂是离子交换技术领域中重要发展之一,它的应用是七十年代发展起来的一项新技术。采用大网格吸附剂分离、纯化抗生素是抗生素工业中值得注意的动向。本文就吸附机理、吸附剂的理化特性、影响吸附的因素以及实验操作等予以简介。着重介绍了在β—内酰胺类、大囨内酯类、林可霉素类、氨基糖甙类、四环类、肽类、博莱霉素类、含氮杂环类以及其他新抗类等抗生素分离,提纯、精制上的应用。
