该文对某T形刚构桥体外预应力加固效果进行评价分析,首先依据桥梁竣工图纸建立有限元计算模型,分析研究桥梁结构在各类荷载组合作用下的应力与变形;然后根据加固设计方案,对比分析T构施加体外预应力前后的正应力、主应力、变形及强度验算。计算表明:体外预应力加固技术能有效增大T构截面的应力储备,控制T构悬臂端变形;加固后T构的静载试验结果表明实测桥梁刚度大于理论计算值,实测悬臂段挠度小于理论计算值;长期健康监测结果表明桥面标高稳定,牛腿处下挠趋势减缓,桥面线形较平顺;理论分析、静载试验和长期监测结果验证了体外预应力加固技术的可行性与有效性。
This paper evaluates and analyzes the reinforcement effect of external prestressing on a T-shaped rigid-frame bridge. Firstly, the finite element model is established based on the completed bridge drawings, and the stress and deformation of the bridge structure under various load combinations are analyzed. Based on the reinforcement design scheme The contrastive analysis of normal stress, principal stress, deformation and strength before and after the application of external prestress by T-structure was made. The results show that the external prestress reinforcement technology can effectively increase the stress reserve in the T-section and control the deformation of the cantilever end of the T-structure. The static load test results of T-structure show that the stiffness of the measured bridge is greater than the theoretical value. The results of long-term health monitoring showed that the elevation of bridge deck is stable, the tendency of downward deflection at the leg of the cow is slowed, and the alignment of the bridge deck is relatively smooth. Theoretical analysis, static load test and long-term monitoring result verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the external prestressing reinforcement technology .
