采用经表面改性的玻璃纤维(GF)增强微孔发泡聚丙烯材料。结果表明:GF与微孔结构间存在明显的协同增强效应,GF质量含量在17%以上时,微孔发泡PP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度获得显著提高,而冲击强度降低。长径比为13∶3的GF相对于长径比10∶3的GF对微孔发泡聚丙烯弯曲强度的增强效果要好。微观SEM观察可知,GF的加入不会导致材料内部泡孔变形,泡孔尺寸在30~40μm。
Surface-modified glass fiber (GF) reinforced microporous foamed polypropylene material. The results show that there is obvious synergistic enhancement effect between GF and microporous structure. When the content of GF is more than 17%, the tensile strength and flexural strength of microporous expanded PP are significantly increased, while the impact strength is decreased. GF with an aspect ratio of 13: 3 has a better effect on the flexural strength of microporous expanded polypropylene than GF with an aspect ratio of 10: 3. Microscopic SEM observation shows that the addition of GF does not lead to cell material deformation, cell size in the 30 ~ 40μm.
