现代建筑施工对塔机的依赖程度越来越大,为提高施工效率,施工单位常将多台塔机布置在同一现场,而多台塔机协同工作面临的一个必须重视的问题就是干涉作业问题,如何避免干涉塔机间的碰撞成为一个不能忽视的问题。1无线传输网络的搭建目前近距离无线通讯主要采用433模块和ZigBee模块。433MHz技术虽然具有穿透性强、传播距离远的特点,但数据传输速率低,最高只能达到9600bps,因此适用于数据传输量较少的应用场合;433MHz技术只支持星型网络拓扑结构,可靠性和稳定性较差;433MHz网络中一般采用数据透明传输协议,网络安全可靠性也较差。
