随着油田数字化建设不断深入发展,在油田开发生产管理中建立了各类型专业技术数据库各管理数据的集成化数据库,产生和积累了大量的油水井勘探、开发、生产管理等大量数据信息,如何充分利用好这些丰富宝贵的数据资源,高效、准确地从海量、含噪声的数据中探索潜在的知识,为油田生产、科研、管理和决策服务成为迫切需求。本文通过介绍数据挖掘技术原理、方法,以及在油水井工况系统开发研究初步应用,分析数据挖掘在油田应用的困难及不足,并提出了下一步如何在油田开展数据挖掘研究与应用,推动数字化油田往更高更深层次发展。
With the deepening development of oilfield digital construction, an integrated database of various management data of various types of professional and technical databases has been established in oilfield development and production management, a large number of data information such as exploration, development and production management of oil and water wells have been generated and accumulated. This article introduces the principle and method of data mining technology and its preliminary application in oil and water well condition system development, analyzes the difficulties and shortcomings of data mining application in oil field and proposes how to carry out data mining research and application in oilfield in the next step to promote digitization Oilfield to a higher and deeper level of development.
