全膜法水处理技术在超临界机组中的应用

超临界机组具有参数高、汽水品质要求高等特点,锅炉补给水水质稳定合格对机组的安全高效运行十分重要。介绍了全膜法水处理技术(纤维过滤器+超滤+二级反渗透+EDI)在某超临界机组锅炉补给水处理系统中应用,详细讨论了全膜法水处理工艺特点、系统运行方式、控制参数和注意事项。运行结果表明,全膜法水处理工艺出水水质稳定优良,出水电导率小于0.10μS/cm,硅含量小于5μg/L,完全能满足超临界机组锅炉补给水水质的要求。 Supercritical units with high parameters, high quality soft drinks, boiler water quality and stability of qualified units of the safe and efficient operation is very important. This paper introduces the application of whole membrane water treatment technology (fiber filter + ultrafiltration + secondary reverse osmosis + EDI) in the boiler feed water treatment system of a supercritical unit, and discusses in detail the characteristics of the whole membrane water treatment process, the system operation mode , Control parameters and precautions. The running results show that the water quality of the whole membrane water treatment process is stable, the water conductivity is less than 0.10μS / cm and the silicon content is less than 5μg / L, which can fully meet the requirements of the water quality of the make-up water of the supercritical unit boiler.
