目的观察针对性护理干预对胃癌术后患者生存质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月来该院治疗的胃癌患者86例,随机分为甲乙两组,每组43例。乙组患者术后给予常规护理,甲组在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预。对比2组患者生存质量及心理状态情况。结果护理后2组患者生活质量评分高于护理前,焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且甲组改善幅度大于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予胃癌术后患者针对性护理干预,能显著提高患者生活质量,缓解心理紧张、焦虑等不良情绪,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the quality of life, anxiety and depression of postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods Twenty-six patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups (A and B), 43 cases in each group. Patients in group B were given routine care after operation, and group A received targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life and psychological status of two groups were compared. Results The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale before nursing, and the improvement rate of group A was greater than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusions The targeted nursing intervention for postoperative patients with gastric cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, relieve psychological stress, anxiety and other negative emotions, worthy of clinical promotion.
