本文将狂犬病7例尸检报告如下。 临床资料一、一般资料 7例系来自农村的住院死亡病例,其中男5例,女2例,年龄9～45岁;狗咬伤下肢4例,上肢2例,颈部1例;潜伏期40天～7.5年,病程4～11天,住院16小时～8天。6例咬伤局部麻木、蚁行感、恐水、伯风;1例双下肢上升性麻痹、幻视、幻听;7例均有发热。5例血白细胞>10000/mm~3,中性>75％;1例心电图提示心肌受损;2例发病初期腰椎 In this paper, seven cases of rabies autopsy reported as follows.
