解决食品安全问题,应将政府外在的约束与相关从业者内在的自律相结合。食品安全法应体现对道德伦理的尊重,完善道德伦理与食品安全法的互补机制。此外,还要为落实食品安全法提供一种伦理环境,使食品安全法的实施得到人们伦理思想、道德理念的支持,即将食品安全法转化成人们的伦理道德规范的一部分。
To solve the problem of food safety, we should combine the government’s external constraints with the inherent self-discipline of relevant practitioners. The Food Safety Law should embody respect for morality and ethics and improve the complementarity mechanism between moral ethics and food safety law. In addition, we must provide an ethical environment for the implementation of the Food Safety Law so that the implementation of the Food Safety Law can be supported by ethical ideas and moral concepts. That is to say, the Food Safety Law is transformed into one of the ethical codes of people.
