1988年3月15日至19日,省农业厅在长沙召开了全省水产工作会议。参加会议的有各地(州)、市、县畜牧水产(农业)局主管水产、渔政、供销的负责人及有关省直机关和新闻单位代表,共183人。会期省农业厅厅长周新安同志作了题为《深化改革大搞开发促进水产业有一个更大的发展》的报告;省人大常委会副主任曹文举同志到会讲了话;传达了全国水产工作会议和全国渔政工作经验交流会议精神。会议肯定了1987年是我省水产业喜获丰收的一年,全省水产品产量达44.4万吨,比1986年净增6.2万吨,增长16.3％,创历史最高纪录,养殖业与捕捞业同步增长,渔政法制建设进一步加强;水产品价格全部放开,市场日趋活跃,一种开放型、多元化、多渠道,少环节的水产品流通体制逐步形成,水产业成为大农业中放得开、搞得活、发展快的产业。
From March 15 to March 19, 1988, the Provincial Department of Agriculture held a conference on aquatic products in Changsha in Changsha. The meeting affirmed that 1987 was a year of bumper harvest for aquaculture in our province. The province’s aquatic product output reached 444,000 tons, a net increase of 62,000 tons over 1986, an increase of 16.3%, a record high, while aquaculture and fishing industry With the simultaneous growth, the construction of the fishery political system has been further strengthened. The prices of aquatic products have been liberalized and the market has become increasingly active.
