建立一种超高效液相色谱法测定鳗鱼和甲鱼诱食剂中乙基麦芽酚和香兰素含量的方法。样品经50%乙醇溶液提取,定容,采用超高效液相色谱分离,TUV检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量。乙基麦芽酚和香兰素质量浓度在1~50μg/mL线性良好,相关系数r均为0.999 9。添加质量浓度在1~25 g/kg,乙基麦芽酚和香兰素回收率分别为98.9%~101.9%和97.1%~100.2%。最低检测限均为0.5 g/kg,定量限为1 g/kg。该方法操作简便、结果准确且稳定性好,适用于鳗鱼和甲鱼诱食剂中乙基麦芽酚和香兰素含量的测定。
To establish a method for the determination of ethyl maltol and vanillin in eel and turtle attractant by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Samples were extracted with 50% ethanol solution, fixed volume, using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, TUV detector detection, retention time qualitative, peak area. The concentration of ethyl maltol and vanillin in the range of 1 ~ 50μg / mL was linear, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The recoveries of ethyl maltol and vanillin were 98.9% ~ 101.9% and 97.1% ~ 100.2%, respectively, with the mass concentration of 1 ~ 25 g / kg. The minimum detection limit was 0.5 g / kg, the limit of quantification was 1 g / kg. The method is simple, accurate, stable and suitable for the determination of ethyl maltol and vanillin in eel and turtle attractant.
