在对钻杆转速、煤岩特性、切削厚度等钻头运动参数影响因素分析的基础上,以钻头落煤生产率为目标函数,以钻头运动参数及钻杆相关参数为设计变量,建立了钻头运动参数的优化数学模型。并以MZ75/165钻式采煤机为例,编程对其钻头运动参数进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化后的钻头生产率比现有钻头提高了7.9%。
