对乙烯生产过程中的主要副产物C9芳烃资源的开发前景进行了简要概括,系统总结了C9芳烃资源的生产现状、C9芳烃资源的用途及C9芳烃资源的深加工工艺,进一步展望了C9芳烃资源的开发前景及经济价值;提出采用精馏集成技术、通过多股连续侧线出料精馏和萃取精馏相结合的方法提取C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯馏分,为歧化反应生产二甲苯提供原料;建立多股连续侧线出料精馏装置,考察各种因素对分离结果的影响,在优化条件下,可以将加氢C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯含量提高到90.88%,收率为76.49%;建立萃取精馏装置,采用单级循环气液平衡装置测定气液平衡数据,筛选出最佳的萃取溶剂,考察各种因素对分离结果的影响,在优化条件下,可以将加氢C9芳烃资源中的三甲苯含量提高到98.63%,收率为92.64%,萃取溶剂可再生、循环使用。
