以富含氧化铁的黄铁矿烧渣为固硫剂 ,进行了脆硫铅锑精矿短回转窑还原造锍熔炼半工业试验 ,取得了铅、锑的直收率分别大于 63 .5 0 %、88.0 2 % ,固硫率大于 95 %的实验结果 ,表明脆硫铅锑矿还原造锍熔炼工艺是可行的。短回转窑具有可用热效率高 ,熔炼强度大的优点 ,可作为脆硫铅锑矿精矿还原造锍熔炼的熔炼设备
The iron oxide-rich pyrite cinder was used as the sulfur-fixing agent, and the semi-industrial test of reducing sulfur matte smelting by short rotary kiln of lead, sulfur and antimony concentrate was carried out. The direct yield of lead and antimony was over 63.50 %, 88.0 2%, and the sulfur fixation rate is more than 95%, which shows that it is feasible to reduce the matte smelting process of the JASM.
