我国基础教育改革对小学教师的职前教育提出了新时期的要求,然而当前我国小学教师的职前教育存在着教师培养观念滞后、培养目标模糊、专业课程设置不够合理等现状与问题。本文从当前我国小学教师职前教育现状与问题出发,提出相应的改革措施,以期提高我国小学教师职前教育有效性。
The reform of basic education in China has put forward the requirements of pre-service education for primary school teachers. However, the present situation of primary education for primary school teachers in our country is lagging behind in the concept of teacher training, obscure in training objectives and unreasonable in professional curriculum setting. Based on the current situation and problems of pre-primary education of primary school teachers in our country, this paper puts forward corresponding reform measures in order to improve the effectiveness of pre-primary education for primary school teachers in our country.
