杨氏模量是金属材料一项重要的机械性能指标,一切结构材料特别是弹性合金都必须测定这一参数。目前国内最广泛使用的测量方法是悬挂法,60年代以来各单位在这方面做了大量工作,探讨悬挂法中诸因素的影响及可能达到的精确度,以期找到一个最佳的测量条件。76年七月在上海召开的“冶金部弹性模量测试方法交流会”上,成立了悬挂法部标起草小组,开始着手起草部标。77年5月起草小组在北京开会,通过了宝鸡有色所拟稿的“悬挂法部标”(草案),经冶金部标准所批发至各有关单位供讨论。鉴于这个测量方法影响因素较为复杂,故除专门会议讨论外,我们在这里开辟一个专栏作为讨论园地。刊登大家在弹性测量中的体会,欢迎大家勇跃来稿,以便把悬挂法的标准化工作做得更细更好。内容可以包括:研究报告、理论分析、意见和建议等等。本期将“悬挂法部标”(草案)及讨论意见节载于下,供大家讨论时参考。
Young’s modulus is an important mechanical properties of metal materials, all structural materials, especially elastic alloys have to measure this parameter. At present, the most widely used measurement method is the suspension method. Since the 1960s, various units have done a great deal of work in this area to explore the influence of various factors in the suspension method and the possible accuracy to find an optimal measurement condition. July 76 held in Shanghai, “Metallurgical Department of elastic modulus test method exchange meeting”, the establishment of the Ministry of Law drafting the standard drafting team, began to draft the Ministry of standard. In May 1977, the drafting group met in Beijing and passed the “Draft Law of the Ministry of Railways” drafted by Baoji Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. It was approved by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry to be distributed to all relevant units for discussion. In view of the complexity of the influencing factors in this measurement method, we have set up a special column here as a forum for discussion, except for the special meeting. Publish everyone in the measurement of elasticity of experience, we are welcome contributions, in order to standardize the suspension method to do more detailed and better. Content can include: research reports, theoretical analysis, comments and suggestions, and more. This issue will be “hanging law standard” (draft) and the discussion of the comments section for the next, for your discussion reference.
