2002年,信息技术教育红红火火。纵观其一年的发展历程,我们不难发现,在热热闹闹、红红火火的背后多了些理性的、规范性的内容:例如《教育部关于推进教师教育信息化建设的意见》的发布、《基础教育教学资源元数据规范(征求意见稿)》的印发、教育部正式发布实施《教育管理信息化标准》、正在制订之中的《普通高中信息技术课程标准》等等。本刊编辑部特邀请信息技术教育专家认真甄选,评出了本年度影响最大、最受关注的十大事件,希望能以点带线勾勒出我国信息技术教育领域一年来的发展与成就。
In 2002, information technology education was booming. Throughout the course of its development for a year, it is not difficult for us to find that there is more rational and normative content behind the buzzing and booming events: for example, the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Informatization Construction of Teacher Education”. The issuance and issuance of the “Elementary Education Teaching Resources Metadata Specification (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)” and the Ministry of Education formally issued “Education Management Informatization Standards” and “Ordinary Senior High School Information Technology Curriculum Standards” currently under development. The editorial department of the journal specially invited experts in information technology education to seriously select the ten most important and most concerned events of the year. It is hoped that the development and achievements in the field of information technology education in China will be outlined in one year.
